LT Overseas Ltd has informed that LT Overseas North America Inc, California which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has acquired 100% capital of Kusha Inc in USA. Kusha Inc. has revenues of appx. USD 40 million and currently holds a substantial share of the US rice market. With this acquisition the Company will consolidate its share in US market and expects to emerge as the leading player.

LT Overseas Ltd has informed that Cordia LT Communications Pvt Ltd, Joint Venture of LT Infotech Pvt Ltd - a subsidiary of the Company and Cordia International Corp. USA has been granted the ISP Grade 'A' Licence by Department of Telecom.
