Geodesic Information Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that: : "The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 3rd September 2007 at 3.00 p.m. at the registered office of the Company has allotted 3,03,89,788 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each as bonus shares to the shareholders of the company in 1:2 ratio as on record date for bonus i.e. 21st August 2007. Consequently, with effect from 3rd September, 2007, the issued, subscribed and paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs.18,23,38,728/- divided into 9,11,69,364 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each. We further inform that fractional shares arising out of bonus shares allotment have been allotted to an independent entity who will sell the shares upon listing and shall distribute the proceeds among respective shareholders".
