Heritage Foods (India) Ltd. has informed the Exchange that "The Company has commenced procurement, processing, packaging, distribution and marketing operations in the State of Maharastra by purchasing the assets of M/s Vikram Dairy, which includes one Dairy Plant having processing and packaging capacity of 50,000 liters per day, one Chilling Plant having capacity of 12,000 liters per day and seven Bulk Coolers having an aggregate capacity of 23,000 liters per day".
