Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Limited has informed the Exchange that at the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company held today i.e. September 07, 2007, a resolution pursuant to Section 81 was unanimously passed authorizing the Board of Directors to issue and allot 4,50,000 convertible warrants at Rs.950/- each aggregating to Rs.42.75 crores.
