Anjani Synthetics bonus issue

Anjani Synthetics Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 23, 2007, inter alia, have approved the following:

1. Interim Dividend 5% on present paid up capital of the Company.

2. Issue bonus share to existing shareholders in proportion to 1:1.
