Rolta announces Bonus

Rolta India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 22, 2007, inter alia, has recommended (subject to the approval by the members of the Company, at their forthcoming Annual General Meeting on November 16, 2007) the Issue of Bonus Shares in the proportion of one Equity Share for every one Equity Share held by the members, on a date to be fixed by the Board, by capitalising a part of the General Reserve / Share Premium Account.
