Tayo Rolls

Tayo Rolls Ltd has informed that the Company has entered into a the Technical Know-how & Licence Agreement with Sheffield Forgemasters International Ltd, U.K, for transfer of technology for manufacture of Forging Quality Ingots (including Round Ingots), Forged Bars, Engineering Forgings and forged Rolls.

Under the said agreement, the Company would make a lumpsum payment as also royalty payment. The lumpsum payment is payable in 3 installments. The royalty is payable on Round Ingots, Forged Bars, Engineering Forgings and Forged Rolls for a period of 5 years from the commencement of commercial production of the respective products.
