Four Soft Ltd has informed that the Company through its subsidiary Four Soft Netherlands B.V has signed a contract with Midi Integrated Logistics B.V., Nijmegen (The Netherlands), a Dutch Logistics Solution Provider to implement Four Soft world class web centric warehouse solution "4S eLog.

In this regard the Company has issued the following press release:

Four Soft has signed the contract with Midi Integrated Logistics B.V, Nijmegen (The Netherlands) to implement its world class web centric warehouse solution 4S eLog. 4S eLog is a web-centric Warehouse Management System aimed at Logistics Service Providers.

Mr. Jeroen Rodenstein, 4S Director, of the Company, speaking on the deal, said that "4S eLog is a web-centric Warehouse Management System aimed at Logistics Service Providers as well as having functionality to cover the standard warehouse operations; it also extends beyond the traditional 4 walls of the warehouse and has Customer, Vendor and Transporter collaboration modules, With multi-client and multi-warehouse functionality at the core of its design, the visibility across multiple implementations within 45 eLog is another of its key advantages".

Four Soft Ltd has informed that the Company has signed a contract with Locher Evers International (LEI), British Columbia, Canada to implement Four Soft enterprise product suite namely "4S eTrans", "4S eCustoms", "4S ePOMS", "4S eConnect and 4S iDrive for amount of USD 417,000 (approx).
