GMDC Q3FY08 Results
Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Ltd (GMDC) has announced the following Unaudited results for the quarter ended December 31, 2007:
The Company has posted a net profit of Rs 932.513 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 526.571 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2006. Total Income has increased from Rs 1398.357 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 to Rs 2814.851 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2007.

Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Ltd (GMDC) has announced the following Unaudited results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007:
The Company has posted a net profit after tax of Rs 417.579 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 154.572 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2006. Total Income has increased from Rs 1210.103 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 to Rs 1900.366 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2007.

Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Ltd (GMDC) has informed that November 16, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of sub-division of Rs 10/- per share of the Company into the shares of Rs 2/- each.
