GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd has informed that Mumbai International Airport Pvt Ltd, an associate Company of the Company on November 27, 2007 has awarded the Duty Free Contract to DFS Ventures Singapore (Pte) Ltd for a period of three years with an option to extend for another year.

GVK Power & Infrastructure scheme of arrangement

GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd has informed that the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi, vide its order dated November 03, 2007 has approved the Scheme of Arrangement amongst GVK Industries Ltd (Transferor Company) and GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd (Transferee Company) and their respective Shareholders. Further the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad vide its order dated July 20, 2007 has also been approved the said Scheme of Arrangement between the parties specified above.

Certified copies of the respective orders of High Court of Delhi and High Court Andhra
Pradesh has been duly filed by the respective Companies with Registrar of Companies NCT
of Delhi and Hyderabad on November 03, 2007. Therefore, in terms of Clause 13 of the said
Scheme "November 03, 2007" will be the "Effective Date".

GVK Power order to L&T

GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd has informed that Mumbai International Airport Pvt Ltd an associate Company of GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd, has signed EPC Agreement on November 01, 2007 with L&T. The said EPC contract includes the designing, procurement and construction services for the expansion cum modernization of the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport at Mumbai which includes Airside work, Ancillary Facilities and Terminal Building.
