IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects Ltd has announced that the Company has received new orders of the value of Rs 329.32 Crores as detailed hereunder:

PUNE REGION

(a) Name of the Work: Awarded by Naya Raipur Development Authority (NRDA):

- Construction of State Secretarial Building including maintaining the building during defect liability period

Value of the Work : 179.12 Crores

(b) Name of the Work: Awarded by Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation:

(i) Construction of 1456 tenements in P + 7 Building at Milind Nagar

Value of the Work : 53.83 Crores

(ii) Construction of 2320 tenements in G + 4 Building at Sector 22 'E'

Value of the Work : 71.13 Crores


CHENNAI REGION :

(c) Name of the Work : Awarded by Tamilnadu Water Supply and Drainage Board:

Construction of Sewerage Scheme to Thiruvarur Municipality in Zones I to V (Packages I and II)

Value of the Work : 25.24 Crores

IVRCL to acquire Alkor

IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects Ltd has informed that the Company has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement on November 11, 2007 to acquire 100% shares of Alkor Petroo Ltd (Alkor)- an unlisted Oil and Gas E&P Company.

Alkor had five exploration blocks in the Republic of Yemen and Arab Republic of Egypt along with Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd (GSPCL) and others.

The three Exploration Blocks in Yemen are Block No. 19, 57 and 28 in Marib Shabwah Basin,
Rub Al Khali Basin and Balhaf Basin respectively. Block 19 has an estimated resource potential (Best Gross case) of about 143 MMBBLLS of Oil and 17 BCF gas, as evaluated by an
International agency. Seismic data will be acquired in all the blocks early next year. Alkor has 25% Participating Interest in each of the three Blocks.

The two Blocks in Egypt are Block 6 in the prolific Nile Basin, offshore Mediterranean, and Block 8 in the Western Desert Block 6 has a best estimate resource potential of 143 MMBBLLS oil and 6.494 TCF gas identified from Direct Hydrocarbon Indicators from Seismic Sections. Alkor's Participating Interest is 20% each in both the Blocks.

Based on the best estimates of the resources from an internationally reputed agency Block 19 (Yemen) and Block 6 (Egypt) have a potential to earn revenues of over USD 1 Billion for the Company during the life of the respective blocks. The revenues for the other blocks are under evaluation.

Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd is the Operator for all the five Blocks.

The Company will be investing about USD 50 million during the exploration phase.

IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects Ltd has announced that the Company bagged Water transmission works of the value of Rs 223.52 Crores & Power transmission works of the value of Rs 123.28 Crores aggregating to Rs 346.80 Crores in the states of Rajasthan and Maharashtra as detailed hereunder:

- In the State of Rajasthan

1. Name of the work: "Execution of Balance work of Transmission Main Part of Chambal-Dholpur-Bharatpur Water Supply Project on Single responsibility basis i.e., Design (selected part), Build, Operation & Maintenance" awarded by Chief Engineer (SP) Public Health Engineering Department, Jaipur.

Value of the Work (Rs in Crores): Rs 213.75

2. Name of the work: "Execution of Clear Water Transmission Main from RIICO Industrial Area (Sanganer) to SEZ boundary, Jaipur" awarded by Addl. Chief Engineer, PHED Jaipur Region.

Value of the Work (Rs in Crores): Rs 9.77

- In the State of Maharashtra:

3. Name of the work: "Turnkey Contract for Electrification Works for Gaothan Feeder Separation Scheme Phase-II Project: for Lot No. 6 for Works in Amravati Zone" awarded by Chief Engineer (DSPC), Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd, Mumbai.

Value of the Work (Rs in Crores): Rs 123.28

IVRCL bags new order

IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects Ltd has announced that the Company bagged lift irrigation works of the value of Rs 761.24 Crores of Handri Niva Sujala Shravanthi (HNSS) Project main canal for Stage II of Phase 1 in Kurnool and Anantapur Districts of Andhra Pradesh, on EPC Turkey basis which includes "Investigation, Design, Manufacture, supply of pumps, Motors and pressure mains at site of work including erection, commissioning and testing 8 Nos. at each pumping station of Hydro-Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical and other accessories etc. complete equipment required and maintenance of 12 pumps at each pumping station and the system for 15 years", awarded by Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, Irrigation & CAD Department.

1. Name of the work: "Construction of 3 Nos. of Towers at Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, Phase-II, Pune, Maharashtra with 13 Floors (1B+4P+9 floors) with a built-up area of approximately 30.88 lacs square feet" awarded by DLF Akruti Info Parks (Pune) Ltd

2. Name of the work: "Construction of Sea-Woods Estate Phase-II, Part-II Housing in Sectors 54, 56 & 58 (Part) at Nerul, Navi Mumbai consisting of a built up area of 3.87 lacs square of awarded by City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd.

3. Name of the work: "Design, Construction, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance Clear Water Sump and Pumping Station at Near WTP, BS-1 and BS-2, Package, No. IND/WS/09" awarded by Indore Municipal Corporation, Indore.

4. Name of the Work:

(i) Laying of Transmission / Distribution Lines of a) 400 KV of 5 Km b) 132 KV D/C of 64.80 Km c) 33KV of 165 Km and d) 11 KV of 63 Km aggregating to 297.80 Km

(ii) Replacement and Reconductoring of 33 KV and 11 KV lines of 349 Km
