Kriti Industries completes expansion

Kriti Industries India Ltd has informed that the expansion project at solvent division of the Company, for increasing extraction capacity from 500 TPD to 1200 TPD has been completed and commercial production commenced from January 14, 2008.

In Plastic division, first phase expansion has already been completed and current annual installed capacity is 55400 MT. The Company has also completed installation of on-line drip irrigation system having 1 MT/day capacity at this plant. This is also reflected in the quarterly results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2007.

Kriti Industries announces stock split date

Kriti Industries India Ltd has informed that December 12, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of sub-division / stock spilt of Equity Shares of Rs 10/- per share to Re 1/- per share.
