Seamec agreement with Superior Offshore

Seamec Ltd has informed that the Company had entered into an agreement with M/s. Superior Offshore International Inc, USA on July 13, 2007 for engagement of its vessel SEAMEC III for a period of six months with a provision of extension in phases of 3 X 6 months. The vessel was deployed on July 29, 2007.

The Charterer now has exercised its first option of extension of 1 x 6 months and the Company has accepted the same. Save and except the above all other terms of the contract dated July 13, 2007 remains unaltered.
