Teledata Informatics board meeting outcome

Teledata Informatics Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 05, 2007, has decided to defer the declaration of interim dividend for the Financial Year 2007-08 till listing / relisting of following entities, namely:

a. Teledata Informatics Ltd.
b. Teledata Marine Solutions Ltd.
c. Teledata Technology Solutions Ltd.

Further the Company has informed that this was due to the decision taken by the Board of Directors of the Company that the shareholders should be entitled for dividend in all three companies (including the Company) which would be possible only after getting the shares of Teledata Marine Solutions Ltd. and Teledata Solutions Ltd listed both in NSE & BSE.

But the corporate action for listing of shares of Teledata Marine Solutions Ltd. and Technology Solutions Ltd would be possible only after November 23, 2007, as being the record date to reckon the name of shareholders of the Company, those who are eligible to get shares allotted both in Teledata Marine Solutions Ltd and Teledata Technology Solutions Ltd.

Thus, keeping in view the above situation, the Board of Directors has decided to have their meeting to consider declaration of dividend of all three companies upon listing of shares of all the above companies.
