Panoramic Universal Ltd has informed that the board has been evaluating a real estate proposal for setting up of township in Jaipur. The proposal under consideration is at a nascent stage for a gated township project spread over 160 Acres valued at around 3000 Crores having Hotels, Residential & Commercial Complexes, Hospitals etc. At an opportune time, reputed partners in form of Private Equity / Rea Estate investors would be invited to join the SPV to execute the project in the next five years, to be funded with a mix of debt and equity.
