Kolte Patil to develop serviced apartments

Kolte Patil Developers Ltd has announced that the Company is developing a four star category Serviced Apartments project called "Green Olive" on 7 acres of plot at Hinjawadi, Pune, catering especially to the need of IT Companies in the Rajeev Gandhi IT Park at Hinjawadi Pune.

"Green Olive" will have a mix of 100 Studio apartments as well as One Bedroom Apartments, each with a pantry and dining space to give the guests a feeling of home. It will also have 24 hours multi-cuisine restaurant that offers not only to the residents of Green Olive but also to other diners looking for a classy, yet casual place to eat.

"Green Olive" Plans to introduce a Food Court in the adjoining commercial spaces admeasuring 28650 sq.ft. that will offer quick and economical fast food, health club & shopping, will also have a swimming pool for the residents.

Being situated at the IT hub, attention has also been paid to the frequent requirement for urgent meeting, training and conference rooms.

"Green Olive" will also develop additional 85 apartments after completion of serviced apartments project.
