DMC International Ltd has informed that the Company has entered into MOU(s) to acquire approximately 200 acres of agricultural land near Kota, Rajasthan. The Company is planning to start Agri-Farming on these lands with Israel technology and consultancy.

DMC International Bonus Shares
DMC International Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 16, 2007, has allotted 36,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 5 each to the shareholders of the Company as on the record date (i.e., November 13, 2007) in the ratio or 1:1 (one equity share for every one equity share held in the Company).
