DMC International Bonus Shares

DMC International Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 16, 2007, has allotted 36,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 5 each to the shareholders of the Company as on the record date (i.e., November 13, 2007) in the ratio or 1:1 (one equity share for every one equity share held in the Company).
