Genesys International Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange vide its letter dated September 08, 2007 that "The Hon'ble High Court of judicature at Bombay vide its Order dated 07th September 2007 has approved the Demerger of Information Technology and Engineering business division of Genesys International Corporation Limited, Demerged Company into GI Engineering Solutions Limited, Resulting Company with effect from the Appointed Date i.e. 01st April 2006".
