Grasim Industries Ltd. has informed the Exchange that: "The Company has incorporated a new subsidiary "Grasim Bhiwani Textiles Limited". Grasim proposes to sell / transfer, subject to requisite approvals, its textile units viz. Bhiwani Textile Mills and Elegant Spinners at Bhiwani, Haryana, on a going concern to the said new subsidiary".
