Zylog to acquire a company in Europe

Zylog Systems Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider & approve the following:

1. The Unaudited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2007.

2. Acquisition of Business in India and acquisition of business abroad through its subsidiary Company (M/s. Zylog Systems (UK) Ltd) in Europe.

3. Change of Name of subsidiary company - Zylog Systems (UK) Ltd to Zylog Systems (Europe) Ltd.

4. Opening of branch office in France for Zylog Systems (UK) Ltd.

5. Opening up a subsidiary company in Canada for the Company.
