Aptech Limited has informed the Exchange vide its letter dated September 6, 2007 that subsequent to the Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on June 28, 2007, for increase in Directors from 12 to 15, and the alteration of the articles to that effect, the Company had made an application to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for obtaining necessary approval. The Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi, have granted their approval vide their letter of August 29, 2007.
