Dlf Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 20, 2007 to September 29, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and determining the name of members eligible for dividend, if approved, at the AGM. The AGM will be held on September 29, 2007. Further the payment of Dividend for the Financial Year 2006-07, if approved at the AGM will start from October 05, 2007.
