Jai Balaji Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that "Recently a news article has appeared that the Company has walked out of the consortium to whom a Coal Block was allotted in Rhone, in the State of Jharkhand. The JV partners are JSW Steel Ltd, Bhushan Power and Steel Ltd and Jai Balaji Industries Ltd. The Company denies that it has walked out of the consortium and confirms that it is very much part of the JV and is very much committed to the Project and the JV and is taking all the steps in discussion with other JV partners to complete the entire process. The news which has appeared is not correct".
