Nectar Lifesciences Limited has informed the Exchange that "The Board of Directors in their meeting held on today i.e. 3rd September, 2007 have decided to wind up the operations of Company' wholly owned subsidiary M/s Chempharma Private Limited, Sri Lanka, as operation through the subsidiary are no more profitable for the company due to changed circumstances".
