Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) has informed BSE that the members at the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 19, 2007, have approved the payment of Interim Dividend @ 180% paid in December, 2006 and Final Dividend @ 130%.
