Net Profit / (Loss) of Rs. 1207500 lacs for the year ending on 31-MAR-2007 against Rs. 939800 lacs for the year ending on 31-MAR-2006. Current year include figures of Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Limited (IPCL) which is amalgamated with the Company with effect from 1st April, 2006 and are therefore to that extent not comparable with those of previous year.
