Alchemist Realty Board recommends Bonus Issue

Alchemist Realty Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 13, 2007, has recommended to the shareholders for issue of Bonus Shares by capitalization of reserves in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. One Bonus Share for every one equity share held by the shareholders.

Further, Extra Ordinary General meeting of the shareholders of the Company will be held on January 10, 2008 for obtaining their approval for the bonus issue.
