Binayak Tex bonus issue

Binayak Tex Processors Ltd has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 07, 2007 has been rescheduled and will now be held on December 10, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. The Scheme of Amalgamation of Valiant Glass Works Pvt Ltd, Jimtex Pvt Ltd, and Benktesh Synth Processors Pvt Ltd with the Company.

2. Issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 8:1 to the shareholders of the Company.
