Ganesh Housing - High Court of Gujarat approves Scheme of Amalgamation

Ganesh Housing Corporation Ltd has informed hat the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of five Companies namely Ramasagar Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, Nachiket Properties Pvt Ltd, Manjari (Thaltej) Complex Pvt Ltd, Shaharsh Infrastructure Pvt Ltd and Ganesh Infrastructure Pvt Ltd with the Company vide order dtd. November 29, 2007. The amalgamating (transferor) Companies hold 149.77 acres of land.
