GBN Stock Split

Global Broadcast News Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 19, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:

1. Scheme of Arrangement with BK Fincap Pvt Ltd and Jagran TV Pvt Ltd (the owner and broadcaster of 24hrs Hindi news channel) for consolidation of IBN-7 Channel with the Company.

2. To split the face value of the equity shares of the Company.
