Hindustan Oil Exploration - Burren Updates

Hindustan Oil Exploration Company (HOEC) Ltd has informed that Eni UK Holding PLC (Eni) and Burren Energy PLC (Burren) (the Holding Company of Burren Shakti Ltd and Burren Energy India Ltd, the Promoters of HOEC) have announced that they have agreed to the terms of a recommended cash offer to be made by Eni, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eni S.P.A., to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Burren.
