Indo Tech Transformers enters into Technical and Marketing Assistance Agreement with E.I. Dupont India Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon

Indo Tech Transformers Ltd has informed that the Company had entered into a Technical and Marketing Assistance Agreement with E.I. Dupont India Pvt Ltd, Gurgaon, for technical and marketing assistance in respect of ReliatraN Brand Resin Impregnated Dry Type
Transformers.

The first proto type 1000KVA / 11KV / 433V Dry Type Transformer was successfully type tested during the first week of September, 2007 at Electrical Research and Development Association (ERDA), Vadodara.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company is entering into a Brand License Agreement with the parent Company of E.I. Dupont India Pvt Ltd i.e., E.I. Dupont De Nemours & Company, Delaware, U.S.A. for use of the "NOMEX" and "ReliatraN" trademarks. This premium product, Resin Impregnated Dry Type Transformers, is being officially launched on December 15, 2007 at Chennai.
