Kamat Hotels India Ltd has informed that pursuant to the approval of the Central Government, the Company has acquired 60% Equity Shares @ Rs 127/- per Equity Share as per the approval of Central Government in Concept Hospitality Ltd and consequently Concept Hospitality Ltd has become subsidiary of the Company.
