Kopran EGM Update

Kopran Ltd has informed that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 19, 2007, inter alia, have approved to offer, issue and allot not exceeding 59,09,000 Warrants, for cash on a preferential basis to the following persons, in one or more tranches, not later than 15 days from the passing of this resolution and on such terms as to payment on allotment of warrant and lock in requirements, as per SEBI Guidelines, and at a price which shall not be less than the minimum price as per the SEBI Guidelines, entitling the holder of warrants to exercise an Option to subscribe for equal number of Equity Share of Rs 10/- each of the Company:

1. M/s. S K Somani & Co. through its partners (namely, Laxmi Devi Somani, Susheel G Somani, Mridula Somani, Vandena Somani, Suhrid Somani)

- No of Warrants : 16,00,000

2. M/s. Hazarimal Somani through its partners (namely, Rajendra Somani, S K Somani HUF, Vandana Somani, Jaya Somani, Nupur Somani, Surendra Somani HUF)

- No of Warrants : 16,00,000

3. M/s. Oriental Enterprises through its partners (namely, Laxmi Devi Somani, Surendra Somani HUF, Rajendra Somani HUF, Kumkum Somani)

- No of Warrants : 19,67,000

4. Morganite Trading Co Ltd : 7,42,000.
