Lawreshwar Polymers - Signing of Letter of Intent for setting up of a new project at Jaipur with Govt. of Rajasthan

Lawreshwar Polymers Ltd has informed that the Company has, on the occasion of Resurgent Rajasthan Partnership Summit held on November 30, 2007 at Jaipur, has Signed Letter of Intent with the Government of Rajasthan for setting up of EVA Footwear, PU Footwear, Sports Footwear, Leather Footwear, Sports Goods and Apparels at Jaipur.

Further the Company has required approximately Twenty Five Thousand sq.mtr. land for setting up of the above project with an estimated investment of Rs 35.00 crores.

Further, the Company has agreed to setting up the project with in a period of 2 years, the validity of the Letter of Intent for a period of 1 years which shall be renewed after considering the progress made for implementation of the project extend the term of the LOI for such further period as may be mutually agreed upon between the parties.
