Mahindra Forgings - Hon'ble High Court, Bombay approves Scheme of Arrangement

Mahindra Forgings Ltd has informed that the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay at its hearing held on November 23, 2007 has approved the Scheme of Arrangement envisaging, inter alia, amalgamation of Mahindra Stokes Holding Company Ltd (MSHCL), Mahindra Forgings Overseas Ltd (MFOL) and Mahindra Forgings Mauritius Ltd (MFML) with the Company with effect from April 01, 2007.

The amalgamation consolidates the Forging businesses across geographies such as Germany, U.K. and India and will provide benefits of operational synergy.
