Mold Tek Technologies Ltd has informed BSE about the following:

"The Scheme is to merge M/s. Teckmen Tools P. Ltd in to the Company and to Demerge the Company's KPO and Plastics divisions into two separate Listed Companies.

In the light of the above, the Company is now initiating the process of filing a relevant application with the Andhra Pradesh High Court, Hyderabad. so as to pursue the scheme of arrangement under due process of the law."
