"The Company is in talks for a strategic investment in a company within its similar line of business upon finalization of terms & conditions and signing of agreement the Company shall immediately disseminate the information to the Stock Exchanges.

However, the Company cannot guarantee that the said investment which is currently is in discussion stage will be executed successfully."
