Proto Infosys Ltd has informed that the Registar of Companies U.P. & Uttranchal approved the change of Name from "PROTO INFRASTRUCTURE & TECHNOLOGIES LTD" to "PROTO DEVELOPERS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD".
