RDB Industries sells off subsidiary companies

RDB Industries Ltd has informed that on December 11, 2007, the Company has disposed off its 100% holding in the share capital of the following 7 (Seven) subsidiary Companies;

1. Gurukul Advisory services Pvt Ltd
2. Infield Traders Pvt Ltd
3. Mansama Consultants Pvt Ltd
4. Martel Vanijya Pvt Ltd
5. Ornate Tracom Pvt Ltd
6. Pancham Advisory Services Pvt Ltd
7. Trikuta Vinimay Pvt Ltd

Further the Company has informed that there will be no material impact on the performance of the Company due to above proposal.
