Ashirwad Capital to issue bonus

Ashirwad Capital Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 21, 2008, inter alia, to discuss and decided the following:

1. To approve the Audited Accounts for the financial Year ended December 31, 2007.

2. To consider recommendation for Dividend on Equity Shares to the Members of the Company.

3. To consider issue of Bonus shares.
