Dhanus Technologies to acquire Borusan Telekom

Dhanus Technologies Ltd has informed that in accordance with the acquisition of Companies in line with the Company's strategic growth plan, the Company has entered share purchase agreement on January 16, 2008 agreeing with Borusan Holding A.S for the 100% acquisition of the Borusan Telekom, Turkey's first alternative telecom operator with 'A' type license and this is subject to the Company obtaining the necessary approval(s) and clearance(s) from the various authorities.
