Kushagra Software Ltd has informed that the Company's JV Partner Concurrent Infrastructure Pvt Ltd has embarked on developing 22,00,000 SFT residential complexes at the prime location of Hitech City, Madhapur, Hyderabad to cater to the high-end home seekers and the company intends to target the Software Professionals located in Hyderabad.

Concurrent Infrastructure Pvt Ltd for the development of the said property has initiated discussions with the Pedigree Real Estate Funds and the company is on the anvil of closing a development agreement with one of the leading private equity real estate funds.

Commenting on the above, Mr. K Sudhir, the Director of the company mentioned that our intention in the first instance is to develop state of the art 22,00,000 SFT residential complexes and shaw case our strengths in the industry before embarking on other major projects which are all in the pipeline.

The 22,00,000 SFT residential complexes will have an expected revenue generation capability approximately of Rs 1041 crores.
