Pioneer Distilleries expansion

Pioneer Distilleries Ltd has informed that the Company is embarking on expansion activity by increasing the existing Alcohol plant capacity from 1 Lakh Ltrs per day to 2 Lakh Ltrs per day, i.e. increasing the capacity by 1 Lakh Ltrs per day. The Company has obtained in principle approval from the State Excise Department, Maharashtra for the aforesaid expansion of Plant capacity. The project cost towards expansion plan is being worked out, details of same will be informed to the Exchange.

Keeping in view of demand for Ethanol product from Petroleum Companies, Company has decided to increase the capacity of Ethanol plant from 30,000 Ltrs per day to 1,30,000 Ltrs per day. Increase in production of Ethanol plant capacity forms part of the aforesaid expansion of Alcohol Plant capacity.
