Jubilant Organosys - Allotment of shares on conversion of FCCBs

Jubilant Organosys Ltd has informed that the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 23, 2007, has allotted 27,379 equity shares of Re 1/- each at a premium of Rs 162.646 per share to Goldman Sachs Investments (Mauritius) I Ltd, on conversion of a part of the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds amounting to US $ 100,000.
