Rane Brake equity shareholders to approve Scheme of Demerger, Merger & Amalgamation

Rane Brake Linings Ltd has informed that pursuant to the Order made by the High Court of Judicature at Madras, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on November 28, 2007, for the purpose of considering, and if though fit, approving, with or without modification, the Scheme of Demerger, Merger and Amalgamation proposed to be made between Rane Engine Valves Ltd, Techcons Ltd, Rane Brake Products Ltd, Rane Holdings and the Company and their respective shareholders.
