KSL to issue shares to Bennett Coleman and TV18

KSL & Industries Ltd has informed that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on November 16, 2007, inter alia, to offer, issue and allot 7,90,500 Equity Shares to Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd., 5,92,885 Equity Shares to Television Eighteen India Ltd. ("TV18"). 3,95,500 Equity Shares to Brescon Infra Pvt Ltd and 3,95,500 Equity Shares to Brescon Realty Pvt Ltd of face value of Rs 4/- each at a price of Rs 253/- per share for cash (including premium of Rs 249/- per share), subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
