Omaxe acquires land in Faridabad

Omaxe Ltd has informed that the Company has acquired Land admeasuring 11.012 acres (Approx) at Faridabad, Haryana at a Total Consideration of Rs 45 Crores (Approx) (including share purchase consideration) through the process of acquisition of M/s. S N Realtors Pvt Ltd (Land owning Company) clear of all its existing liabilities.

The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors at its meetings held on November 07, 2007 has approved investment / acquisition of entire shareholding of M/s. S N Realtors Pvt Ltd at a share purchase consideration of Rs 32.20 Crores from the existing shareholders.
