Parsvnath Developers incorporates subsidiaries

Parsvnath Developers Ltd has informed that the Company has incorporated two subsidiary Companies as under:

1. Parsvnath Developers Pte Ltd., a private Company limited by shares incorporated in Singapore, and

2. Parsvnath Hotels Ltd — for undertaking hotel business in India.
